The set
Device & canvas
One device, one orientation and one canvas for every screen — a store listing has to read as one set.
Add screenshots
Upload an image, or type a URL and capture the live site at the device's own resolution.
Let AI help
Draft the headline, draft the supporting line, or let the model decide how the screenshot sits in the frame.
Write & style
Headlines are styled runs, so one word can carry its own colour. Fonts and backgrounds set everything around it.
Compose devices
Merge two or more phones into one composition, or run it across adjacent screens as a panorama.
Turn it in 3D
Swap in a 3D device and drag the globe handle — or set the pose by number and reset with Face forward.
Preview & export
Preview every screen as it will ship, then save one image or zip the whole set at store resolution.
Everything a store listing needs
Built around how screenshots actually ship: as a coherent set of frames that share one device, one size, and one visual language.
Design the whole listing, not one image
A project is a set of screens that agree on device, orientation and canvas — the way a store page presents them. Edit one frame or restyle all of them at once.
- Up to 12 screens, designed side by side in a filmstrip
- Add, duplicate, delete and reorder without losing styling
- Pin a finished screen to lock it out of bulk changes
One set, up to 12 screens — the pinned one skips every bulk restyle.
Real device frames, every orientation
33 built-in frames — from iPhone and Pixel to iPad and Apple Watch — plus portrait and landscape, colorways, and a perspective tilt when a flat front-on shot is too plain.
- Device, screenshot-only or full-bleed frame modes
- Per-screen size overrides for mixed-format sets
- Admin-authored custom devices join the same picker
Start with an App Store screenshot template
Every template opens as a complete set of styled screens — device, background and copy already agreeing — sized for App Store and Play Store targets. Pick one, swap in your screenshots, export with confidence. Every frame below is a real screen from the template gallery.

A style library, not a blank canvas
92 background artworks ship with the editor — gradient washes, drawn shapes and app-store-style pieces — beside solid, linear and radial gradient builders and 76+ fonts. Everything below is the real library, not a mood board.
Or build the backdrop yourself
Solids, linear and radial gradients with draggable stops, or a full background image with fit, rotation and blur — applied to one screen or the whole set, and pinned screens stay untouched.
And the type to match
76+ faces from Google Fonts, weights included, with a project-wide font pairing so every headline in the set changes together. Styled runs mix weights, colors and highlights inside one line.
One set. Every size the stores ask for.
Pick a preset and every screen retargets to it — the exact pixels App Store Connect and the Play Console accept, plus social and web formats. Nothing is cropped, nothing is guessed.
Track every streak
See progress you can actually feel
17 presets, or type a custom size — and a single screen can break out to its own size when a set mixes formats.
Your listings, managed like work
A screenshot set is not a one-off export — it comes back with every update. Mockup Studio treats it as a living project.
Drafts keep themselves
Every change autosaves to your browser as you work — close the tab, come back, carry on. No account needed until you want to keep a project for good.
Projects on every device
Save a set to your account and it lands on your dashboard with a live preview of every screen — reopen it anywhere, rename it inline, delete it with a real confirmation.
See your projectsTemplates, yours and shared
Turn any project into a template: keep it private to your account for the next app, or publish it to the gallery for everyone. Updating one updates it everywhere.
Browse the galleryOr let AI draft the set
Describe your app, drop in raw screenshots, and the generator lays out a styled five-screen listing — headlines, backgrounds and frames — ready to edit, not to accept blindly.
Download exactly what the store expects
Preview every screen side by side before anything downloads, then export one frame or the whole set. Files land at the canvas size you chose — the store's own pixels, not approximately.
- PNG, JPG or WebP, at 1×, 2× or 3× scale
- A quality dial per format — PNGs re-compress to a fraction of the browser's raw size with no visible difference
- ZIP the full set in one click, every screen named in order
- Dimension guardrails stop over-size rasters before they fail

Instant start
The editor opens without an account, and your draft autosaves locally — sign in only when you want to keep it.
Fearless editing
Full undo/redo across everything, including set-wide restyles. One step back reverses a whole bulk change.
Pinned screens stay put
Mark a frame as finished and every apply-to-all — backgrounds, templates, resizes — leaves it alone.
Store-size guardrails
Canvas presets match App Store and Play Store requirements, and export limits stop over-size rasters before they fail.
Reusable templates
Save any project as a template — keep it for your next app or publish it for everyone to start from.
Consistent by design
Device, orientation and canvas size are shared across the set, so five frames always read as one listing.
Everything people ask before they start
Short answers, no fine print — each one describes what the product does today.
Is Mockup Studio free to use?
The editor, the templates and exporting are free and need no account — you can open the editor, build a set and download it right now. Signing up (also free) adds saved projects: your sets live on your dashboard and reopen from any device.
Do I need design skills?
No. Start from a template and the set is already styled — swap in your screenshots and edit the headlines. Every template opens as a full set of screens that agree on device, size and look, so the hard part of making five frames feel like one listing is done before you touch anything.
Which sizes do the App Store and Play Store accept?
The editor ships 17 canvas presets covering both stores' required pixel sizes — iPhone and iPad sizes for App Store Connect, phone and tablet sizes for the Play Console — plus social and web/marketing formats (hero banners, gig images, thumbnails), or type a custom size. Exports land at exactly those pixels, and guardrails stop over-size rasters before they fail.
Which devices can I put my screenshots in?
33 built-in frames — current iPhones, Pixels and Galaxy phones, iPad, Apple Watch and Wear OS watches, and a desktop monitor for web shots — with several iPhones rendered as real 3D models. Frames turn portrait or landscape, come in their colorways, and take an optional perspective tilt.
Can I use my own screenshots, fonts and backgrounds?
Yes — upload screenshots or capture a live website URL straight into the device frame. Type runs on 76+ Google Fonts with a project-wide pairing, and backgrounds come from 92 built-in artworks, gradient builders with draggable stops, or a full background image of your own.
What happens to my work if I close the tab?
Your draft autosaves to the browser as you edit — close the tab, come back, carry on where you were. Saving to an account is only needed when you want the project kept for good and available on other devices.
Can I reuse a design for my next app?
Save any project as a template. Keep it private to your account and start the next listing from it, or publish it to the community gallery for everyone. Updating a template updates it everywhere it is offered.
What do I actually download?
PNG, JPG or WebP at 1×, 2× or 3× scale, one screen at a time or the whole set as a ZIP with every file named in order. A per-format quality dial keeps files small — PNGs re-compress to a fraction of the browser's raw output with no visible difference.
